Saz Helping Hands collects necessary information to verify campaigns and maintain platform integrity, including organizer name, contact numbers, email addresses, beneficiary identification, hospital estimates, and encrypted banking information.

2. Three-Tier Privacy Protection

We classify all information into three distinct privacy tiers:

• Public Information: Campaign story, approved media, general beneficiary name, and public verification labels.
• Private Owner Information: Uploaded private verification documents, draft data, and direct status updates.
• Restricted Administrative Information: Government ID numbers, full bank account numbers, IFSC codes, and audit records.

3. Document Security & Encryption

Sensitive documents are stored in isolated private storage directories and are never served through public direct links. Sensitive bank details are encrypted at rest using high-grade application cryptography.
